1. The class of action is determined by the amount or value in dispute in the suit:

Class I-A: $0.00 to $300 exclusively;

Class I-B: $300 to $500 exclusively;

Class I-C: $500 to $1,000 exclusively;

Class II-A: $1,000 to $3,000 exclusively;

Class II-B: $3,000 to $10,000 exclusively;

Class III-A: $10,000 to $25,000 exclusively;

Class III-B: $25,000 to $50,000 exclusively;

Class IV: $50,000 up.
